Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Local SEO Partners website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to agree to these Terms for that organization.

Client Agreements

If you have a separate written agreement with Local SEO Partners, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms. These Terms otherwise supplement that agreement for website and dashboard use.

Dashboard and Google Business Profile Access

Some dashboard features allow authorized users to connect Google accounts and view or manage Google Business Profile information. You may connect only accounts and business profiles that you are authorized to access and manage. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all instructions, content, posts, photos, review responses, and profile changes submitted through the Services.

Google’s terms, policies, availability, and approval processes apply independently. Local SEO Partners does not control Google’s systems and cannot guarantee that Google will approve, publish, display, retain, or rank any content or profile change. You may revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions or by contacting us; doing so may limit connected dashboard features.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• check violate law, third-party rights, Google policies, or applicable platform rules;
• check access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
• check submit false, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unlawful content;
• check interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass the security of the Services; or
• check use the Services in a way that could harm Local SEO Partners, its clients, users, or service providers.

Accounts and Security

Keep your account credentials secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that everyone you authorize to use the Services follows these Terms.

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of content and data you provide or authorize us to access. You grant us the limited right to use that content and data only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services and to meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for this use.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, software, branding, and content created by Local SEO Partners, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, particular search rankings, lead volume, business results, or outcomes from third-party platforms such as Google.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local SEO Partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with law or third-party requirements, address a security issue, or respond to a violation of these Terms or a client agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
