Director of Operations - Work Directly with Cofounder

I'm Matthew, cofounder of two growing companies - SEO Gets (a SEO analytics tool) and Local SEO Partners (a small local SEO agency). I'm looking for someone to work directly with me as my right hand across both businesses.

What you'll be doing:
You'll split time between both companies (50/50), helping me execute on the vision while building the systems and processes we need to scale.
Local SEO Partners (50% of time):
- Lead SEO strategy for clients.
- Handle client reporting and communication.
- Coordinate with our small team to ensure client success.
- Execute backlink building campaigns and content optimization.
- Track, assess, and improve client results.
- Be the person who truly cares about getting our clients ranked and driving their business growth.
SEO Gets (50% of time):
- Content creation and repurposing - turn my raw video content into polished posts, articles, and social media content.
- Video editing and production - edit my recorded insights into professional content pieces.
- Social media management - post consistently across LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Email marketing - create and manage onboarding sequences and regular updates.
- Customer support - provide crisp, helpful support to our growing user base.
- Content planning and strategy - develop systematic content calendars and campaigns.
- Marketing automation - build and optimize our marketing funnels.
Note: I handle the demos, video audits, events, and podcasts - you'll focus on the execution and systems that amplify my efforts.

Compensation & Structure
Trial Period: 3-month remote trial at $50-60k to ensure mutual fit.
Full-time: $60-70k annually + profit share in company growth.
Location: Cookeville, TN (required after trial period).
Environment: Collaborative office setting working directly with me.
